With great enthusiasm Viva Flamenco shares information and performance art with schools, libraries, lecture halls and intercultural conferences introducing this art form from Southern Spain-- its culture and history.

By weaving in the rich historic culture of gypsy flamenco, it brings audiences an overview of the music and movement used as a means to overcome oppression, and demonstrate the strength and dignity of the individual. Audience participation, whether through palmas(clapping), or learning some steps on stage, is always included and encouraged.

As a mom of three, Toni knows how to involve the kids in the act, giving them an active role in the show, learning basic rhythms, moving their arms, hands, and feet, and ultimately being invited to dance.
